Home staging

 

2-4 bedroom house £400 - £600*

Part one: Consultation

A 90-minute at home consultation including a walk-through of the house and further discussion with you as to what any potential work may entail and ideas of timeframe and budget. This will  be followed up with a room-by-room project plan spreadsheet detailing any work to be done/items to be sourced. 

 

Part two: Staging Day

To stage the house I re-use and repurpose items you already own. I bring plants, soft furnishings, pictures, and bedding to make the house feel homely and encourage that 'fuzzy feeling' in potential buyers - I also leave all these in place for viewings. I will stage the house on the day of the photos and work with the estate agent's photographer to make sure that the house is shown in its best light. Photos sell houses, so it is essential to get these right first time.

Decluttering and organising

Half a day - £140.00

A tidy house is a tidy mind and obviously the reverse is true. If you are having trouble organising yourself and your home then I can help. I will sit down with you and discuss the issues that are affecting you. I will give you a plan of what needs to be done and I will roll up my sleeves and help you do it.

Whole house, whole self decluttering journey

From £800 (based on 4 sessions of 4 hours - this will vary according to the size of the house and level of support required)

 

When you've been through trauma, grief, divorce, it leaves its mark both on you and your home.

I always say that if you want to take a snapshot of someone's mental health then take a picture of their home and it will tell you what you need to know.

So if you're overwhelmed, if you're embarrassed, if you're shackled to the past but want to break free, if you're tired and anxious, and can't see a way out, then this is for you.

Just know that it might have taken days/months/years to get to where you are now, but together we can make a massive difference in a matter of days. And it will be one of the best things you've ever done.

There will be cathartic swearing. There will be tears (mine as well as yours!). There will be lots of laughter. And hugs.

And it will change your life. It will change your relationships. It will change how you work.

You will start living in the now and planning for the future. But most importantly you will be the person you know you are.

Empathic interior design  

 

Colour consultation - £250.00

A 90-minute consultation where I will explain to you how colour works, we'll discuss colour ideas and combinations for your room of choice with the aim of deciding on a colour palette that suits your specific personal needs, your style, and your home. I will follow this up with a moodboard with 1 of 2 colour palette ideas for walls/flooring/furniture/accessories.

Room refresh/redesign - from £425.00

We live in a Pinterest/Instagram world where trends are King and everyone is striving for perfection. But who are you in terms of your home? If I walked into your home could I tell that you live there?

 

The redesign process will begin with a 90-minute at home consultation where I'll explain how design works. We'll discuss function, practicalities, aesthetics, and your budget for the space to be redesigned. I will also help you discover what your style is based on your personality and your journey through life so far.

​

I will provide moodboards for colour, texture, and furniture/soft furnishing ideas, furniture layout ideas, and visuals of the design so you can see what  it might look like when finished.

​

This is a journey so I will be on hand to guide you through it!
